Resources& FAQ

We are building a reference library for contracting officers and buyers — capability statements, code listings and purchasing guidance. Until it is published, the questions we are asked most often are answered below.

Questions we are already asked

How do we send you a requirement?

Email the requirement to sales@buywithamaze.com or submit it through the Request a Quote form. Attach a solicitation, specification sheet or order list if you have one — a written description works equally well.

What information do you need before quoting?

Line items and quantities are enough to begin. Part numbers, NSNs, delivery location and the required date shorten the process, and we will ask only the questions that genuinely affect the price or the delivery.

Do we need a contract vehicle already in place?

No. We support open-market purchases, micro-purchases and simplified acquisitions, as well as work under established vehicles. Tell us how the purchase is being processed and the quotation will be formatted to suit it.

How quickly will we hear back?

Requests are acknowledged the same business day. Quotations follow once availability and lead times are confirmed with suppliers, which is usually within one to two business days depending on the requirement.

What happens if something cannot be sourced?

You are told promptly rather than left waiting. Where alternatives exist, they are presented with the specification differences documented so your team can evaluate them before award.

Can you support recurring or multi-site orders?

Yes. Repeat requirements are tracked against prior purchases so specifications do not need re-reviewing each cycle, and multi-site deliveries are coordinated beneath a single purchase order.

What are your business hours?

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern. Requirements received outside those hours are picked up the following business morning.
